1. NO SCAMMING - no scamming of any kind
2. NO BUG ABUSING - Do NOT take advantage of bugs in server for ingame profit
3. DO NOT ADVERTISE OTHER RS PRIVATE SERVERS - doing this in forum or ingame will end up with account temporar/permanent BAN/IP-BAN
4. DO NOT ABUSE YOUR INGAME/FORUM STATUS/RIGHTS
